Since our products are handcrafted and made to order, it typically takes about 10-12 working days to complete and deliver your parcel.

What should I do if I need to change my order?

You can make changes to your order at any time before receiving a confirmation call from our sales team. Once your order is confirmed, modifications are no longer possible.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery, Debit/Credit Card, Online Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa, and Jazz Cash.

Is cash on delivery an option for customized orders?

Cash on Delivery is available for all products.

How can I make a prepayment for custom orders?

After placing your order, you will receive a call  from our representative, who will provide you with the account details.

Returns

Is it possible to exchange my order?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we offer replacements for items that are damaged upon arrival.
What steps should I take if my product arrives damaged?

If you find that your item is damaged, please contact us via WhatsApp at 03141384478 and provide photos of both the damaged product and its packaging. We will promptly arrange a replacement for you at no extra charge.

What should I do if the product I received is not what I ordered?

WhatsApp us your order information and a photo of the product you received. We will ensure that the correct item is delivered and the incorrect one is retrieved.
