We strive to maintain an efficient supply chain to promptly fulfill your orders. However, occasional production or supply chain issues may occur. If this happens, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to decide whether you would prefer to wait for the backordered item or cancel the order.

Shipping Costs

Dot Framing Studio ensures customers enjoy free delivery anywhere in Pakistan, along with hassle-free replacements, eliminating any shipping costs for our clients.

Delivery Terms

Due to the personalized nature of our products, our standard delivery timeframe is 6 – 8 working days.

3.1 Dispatch Time

We usually dispatch orders within 4 business days of confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.

3.2 P.O. Box Shipping

Dot Framing Studio does not ship to P.O. box addresses as our courier partner does not service these locations.

3.4 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery exceeds the expected time, please contact us so we can investigate.

3.5 Same-day delivery within the city

We also provide same-day delivery within Karachi city. A delivery charge of 399 PKR applies for this service, and we require confirmation of your order at least 6-8 hours in advance.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a text message with a tracking ID from the courier company to track their shipment.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer service. If delivered without your presence, contact customer support at:
